You gave me a job at Stonebridge back in 2007, and many other opportunities since, which I will always be grateful for. You were always there to encourage and support, and were an amazing entrepreneur, but family and friends were the most important thing, and that shone through every day. There are so many memories of fun and laughter, and without doubt, you are the only person who could call me Joey and get away with it! RIP, Rich, thanks for everything. You will be so missed.
